Customer service at an embarrassing level. The front desk lady is not polite, unable to provide any information, suggesting that we are an unwanted "guest" in this place.

Nightmare service. Business tutors are on leave and there are no replacements. The second approach to getting things done! and the 16th century! can only be arranged at the facility and sent back with the receipt. I do not recommend
