I never suspected that I would start assessing banks .. but after very unpleasant service at another bank, I decided to write a nice word about this institution. Here, despite the large queues, bank service is at the highest level.

I do not recommend the facility through rude, incompetent service or the bank itself through rigid procedures and wasting customer time. You can't do anything there!

I would recommend! Especially from mbank! Mrs. Iwona Oginska helped us set up a joint account, describe the current promotion (attractive multicurrency account) immediately from the entrance to the facility (we were also lucky that we did not have to date). She was very patient and competent despite the fact that it lasted a bit And this is because my other half does not come from Poland. Then the same lady explained to us separately how to handle the mobile application and helped us with a login system to all of the possible electronic access.

Nice service. You explain the rules of using your account online and the magic of paying by phone. Some helpful practical tips. Waiting time short in the air-conditioned room. Employees kind and patient. I'm happy. It could be anywhere.
