I rarely visit the branches, but yesterday I was in Czyżyny - very nice service and atmosphere :) I arranged everything quickly and efficiently :)

I do not recommend ! I recently had a situation where my documents were lost, I called the helpline to reserve the payment card and ID card. A few days after reserving my account and documents, I went to the branch with all the documentation from the bank, plus a military booklet because I only had such a document. There I found a very incomplete gentleman with a beard who was completely unable to help me (guide what I would do) to get a salary from an account on which for several days was my salary which I could not in any way get. Namely, the Lord still demanded from me (passport) which I do not have or (driving license) that was with the rest of the documents in my wallet. Without getting any help I went to the house where it turned out that all the documents are (wallet with documents inside) found in the car under the seat. In this situation, after the weekend I went again to the ING Cerfour Czyzyny facility with the documents found and, unfortunately, I found again (the Lord with a characteristic beard) approaching the position, I presented the situations with the documents found and translators (I explain) the situation with finding the ID card and the rest of the documents asking for warning documents in order to collect my money. The Lord, of course, warned me that such documents could not be avoided because they could be in their hands after 15 minutes of translation to the guy from the wallet and all the content had no right to be with someone Unauthorized because he was extremely under the seat in the car that is my property and only I uses. After a long time of rummaging in the Facet system, neither the proof nor the application was unlocked having a problem even with the activation of a new payment card issued to me. Poczymszy once again asks me about a passport that I do not have and I have informed him many times during a conversation and an earlier visit to the facility. So once again I am asking a man to give up evidence and again I hear that he is unable to help me. So I am talking to the Lord who probably was not aware of what he is doing there, that since 9 I have blocked funds and it is already 13 and I can not make payments without mentioning everyday life so I am talking to this Lord a few days ago being required an identity card because without this can not be done ok in 2 days again when coming with your ID card, please unpack it to be able to take further actions Dear gentleman with a beard is still asking for a passport until he shook me and I am talking to the Guy (you told me man to come with proof so I'm with a proof you can't even unlock it and you require a passport) and asks him what he actually does there for what they pay him and the guy brazenly replied with jet so as not to unlock the proof with irony in his voice) I decided to go to ING with headquarters in (crocus) to Bor Komorowski and I found a gentleman who had the inscription on the plaKitka (I am learning) so most probably he does not have such experience as an employee with several years of experience. But I was wrong, the Lord very efficiently helped me to get out of trouble without the slightest problems, in addition with a smile on his face and not with a cane related to the client.

Always professional and friendly service. Lower rating for opening hours - they are shorter than other stores in the gallery. Definitely a point should operate at the same hours as the other premises.
