Internet + TV set: if only I could give the whole set to hell ... Unfortunately, signed in the point and I can not withdraw from the contract namely you can not connect the set according to the diagram attached to the devices because they are exclusive !!! The lady at technical support asked if you are surprised and that it is normal, mentioning that at the point I was assured that it will work like this and here it is ... Massacre now I have to come up with some other additional installations, and I already know that the satellite dish and are to be as far as possible what is not written anywhere. As for the point in itself, I have nothing but the tragedy company will pay for something that I can not use ehh

A lady in glasses and blond hair who accepted me today was not very nice. After returning to her, she threw a rude text: I had already finished the service as if it had at least something else to do. Please, remind me of this overworked lady. I do not recommend this '' professional '' heartily

Unfortunately, I have to evaluate the service very negatively. I came with a problem with the internet equipment and the working lady treated me extremely rude even dispensing me. I think that it should not work in such a position. I thought that the center of the digital polsate and talking with a "competent" person will solve the problem with which I came specially ... It turned out that the helpline and the person working there showed greater competence and effectiveness while maintaining the highest culture personal saying even "good morning, thank you, to hear". I definitely do not recommend this point when trying to solve hardware problems. There is probably a different approach when it comes to signing and renewing contracts.
