Probably my previous speakers were from the competition, giving negative opinions to the facility. Well, ladies and gentlemen, this is the only branch in Krakow where I was able to start a contactless card payment on my iPhone. All other units died - they sent me back with the so-called receipt. Mr. Grzegorz and another gentleman who are extremely nice and professional in their profession. In front of me, there were 3 other people in the queue whose matters were also positively settled, including repeating one and the same activities several times in the millenet. You have to be patient with your customers and these gentlemen have it. Please do not be put off by the previous malicious opinions. I recommend this facility one hundred percent! P.S. They do not have cash desk services at the moment, but the cash deposit machine works and is doing well 🙂

As an entrepreneur running a business, I came to the bank to open another business account and I met the worst service, Mr. Grzegorz is only suitable for cleaning in a given facility, not for customer service

The worst facility! Mr. Grzegorz from the department, no personal culture. I will never visit this branch again. I do not recommend it!

The worst facility! There are lines all the time. There are 2 employees for the entire facility. I have to wait to make a statement. 1 hour. I do not recommend!

The cash deposit machine does not work, as it usually does in a millennium bank
