I closed my bank accounts in Kantor Walutony on 17.09.2019 but haven't received my funds since, called customer service 8 times but still haven't got my money. not too sure if customer service rep did not complete the work however it's none of my business , just want to get my money back

Very disorganized branch. Customers have to wait around with no way of knowing whose next. I was bounced around three times before i decided to leave after almost an hour of waiting. Horrible service would not recommend to anyone.
