You are completely incompetent, it is impossible to open an account without a card (it is possible in another branch), it is impossible to close an account without a card (it is possible in another branch). Epic fail. I have always avoided this bank, but I had to go and arrange something, and hopefully never again.

The bank is a tragedy, there is no one to work with, always full of clients, one or two ladies on hand. Terrible cash-transaction service, waiting for hours !! He does not understand how you can not hire more workers

It is open until 5 pm, and it closes at 4:45 pm, the client is in a hurry to be on time after work and has to kiss the door handle. It was not possible to settle the matter on the hotline, so they sent me back to the department. I recommend avoiding a wide berth

Massacre queues. A maximum of seven windows are two, sometimes one. No matter what day, what time - two windows despite the queues. The waiting room has about 30 chairs, but it often happens that there are not enough people. Service quite polite (unless someone says something apropo queue and one woman serving it comments are saying that 'we're doing what we can; we invite you to other departments). Although they always try to push their account. If you have to pay a visit, schedule two hours. I do not recommend.
