1. Good customer service 2. English Speaking Staff 3. Good Website but 3. we need to be careful for their credit card terms and conditions, if used outside Poland high bank charges which are hidden features of this card. 4. generally positive opinion.

Scandalous service, and the bank also does a lot ..... Closed branches, and in those with only 2 in Krakow, you have to wait about an hour. One is working, the rest are drinking a cup of coffee in the back room. I do not recommend even warn

Almost zero interest in customers, sales, poor advice and inducing unwanted services for which the service has additional bonuses. Everything can be understood, but the fact that no one is interested for a long time, does not come up, the queue is getting longer and longer, and then after an hour or two it turns out that the matter cannot be sorted out because it will last too long and we will block the queue and invite you to another day at a different time, some paranoia. In no other bank have I been sold as much as in this one. It's hard to recommend this place, if I didn't have to, I would avoid this place for sure.
