I am waiting in line with 3 other clients. For about 7 minutes, the only girl who was at the checkout went to a non-checkout position and flies with the client with the standard. At that time, there was no service at two cash desks. The girl is nice, but she will not make up for the impression that this institution makes. I know banking is done online, but I had to do it at the checkout. Due to the lack of service, I had the impression of disregarding the customer, therefore 1 star.
