Yesterday, between 19 and 20, I came to look for a gift with my husband. The ladies from the service did not say "good morning" to me or my husband. I was looking for earrings, I asked where they were lying. The ladies from the service got up from the counter on which they lay and said about here and on the other side too. They did not ask me whether I should give anything, even though I was standing at the site for a long time, making their conversation and talking about someone laugh. My hands fell as if leaving, saying goodbye, we heard nothing and the store was empty. The employee's market is, but I do not think how people approach their work and how they overeat customers. I believe that the store manager should look at the cameras and draw conclusions.

When I was buying the engagement ring, I was served by a very nice lady with blonde hair, explained everything to me and packed it nicely. The problem arose when we were with the fiancee to replace the ring with a smaller size. We came to the salon after some time, the service lady asked if we could help, so I said that we wanted to replace the ring with a smaller one, the lady noticed "micro scratches" from a distance and started shouting at us that it was impossible and there is no options. she started with her bare hand !! with my bare hand !! rub on the ring! She called the other lady, and the latter even swore that there was no possibility that the ring was bought from them, because they have cameras ... Unfortunately, the address is on the receipt. In the end, the ring is replaced, but I will never return to the apartment. And your gold card will come in handy for scratching car windows in winter.

At the end of July, we looked into this salon - we were looking for rings. There were some 30 degrees outside, he fell from the sky, so it is logical that we were dressed in shorts, t-shirts, sneakers - the rest is not the level of the institution to which you have to wear a suit or a suit. We came in. Zero customers, but 3 ladies from service - they did not pay attention to us, they did not answer our "good morning!". We started to watch the rings, no one came to us, so we left. Goodbye also we did not get an answer. it's happening so well at Aparta that they don't have to care for customers or acquire them.

Guided by the high average rating, we decided to visit exactly this Apart - CH Czyżyny store to buy wedding rings. The atmosphere in which the first measurements were made was at a very unsatisfactory level. Choosing the size of the wedding ring belonged to us, no one deigned to help, and the choice of style was silent. The saleswoman's scope of activities was limited to serving subsequent pairs of rings without any comment. I do not recommend for people seeking support and advice on size, chamfers and rounding.
