In the store I bought a silver bracelet which was faulty from the very beginning because the so-called the eyes were tightly crimped and they pulled the clothes I was wearing. Due to the above, on the second day of wearing, the bracelet broke off. I submitted it to the complaint and it was repaired so that it could be worn, but the badly squeezed eyes still left marks on the clothes. After a few more days of "agony" and torn clothes, she broke off again and I was forced to advertise her. This time I asked to be repaired so that it can be worn and to be honest I think that with a little good will it is not a complicated operation for a jeweler. Unfortunately, my complaint was considered negative due to the quote "bad use of the bracelet" ... no comment. I was also offered to repair the jewelry for PLN 320, with the bracelet costing PLN 115 ... I do not recommend it very strongly, I haven't met with more trash for a long time.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I gave the gold chain back as a complaint because it was too delicately made and the circle around the clasp bent. I asked for soldering. After two weeks, they gave me the unsoldered chain. The problem arises again. Better to buy from someone else who respects the customer more. I will mention that the defect appeared 8 days after the purchase, just a bum.

Very poor quality of services, I gave the chain for repair, and after a month of waiting, it finally came back to me, but unfortunately on the same day it broke off in the exact same place ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Service very nice, unfortunately, medium quality goods. The bracelet purchased from your store was quickly returned to the complaint. After accepting the complaint, I was asked to choose a different product because it was no longer usable. I chose a completely different bracelet model, which, unfortunately, lasted less. I filed a complaint again. Unfortunately, this one has already been rejected and it was recognized that I damaged it mechanically after one use. I tried to appeal against accusation of misuse of the bracelet because with one use - I did not damage it mechanically. Unfortunately, the store manager refused to repair again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE.
