Great shop, visited her for an engagement ring whilst in Krakow for sightseeing. The ring needed size adjustment and they did this whilst we were visiting Wawel castle and the Kazemierz. Excellent customer service.
Really thinking about purchasing the wedding rings here.
I believe that the level of service is below all standards. We had the impression that we were disturbing and taking the time of the lady serving us. She replied casually to questions, not trying to help or advise us. Zero professionalism. I don't judge the quality of the jewelry because I won't decide to buy it.
I recommend it, a good specialist, good prices, good work, good dates. Ring made on the basis of photos, exactly as it was supposed to be
Individual approach to client! I came to the studio with a photo of the rings from the internet. Mr. Łukasz looked at the project and said he would take the challenge. The effects can be seen in the picture.
I got an engagement ring from this studio, it is beautiful and of great quality, which is why we decided to buy wedding rings. Wedding rings are solid, good price. I would recommend!
