I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy . My friend Andrzej bought his wedding rings from here, his ring was the wrong size , Jan the manager promised to resolve the problem but instead just insulted and upset my friend. He didn't fix the ring and has left him feeling extremely frustrated and upset. There was no professionalism what so ever, Jan is all about being greedy and making a sale. He doesn't care about customer satisfaction at all. I do NOT recommend.

Think carefully before you decide to shop at DIAMOND SKY, you can save, NERVE and DISAPPEAR. I will describe my purchase history here to show how shopping in this store looks like. Buying and choosing a ring is a real challenge for a guy, we want to make a good impression and choose jewelry for a loved one for life. The name of the online store sounds really proud and professional, the service is great UNTIL you receive the order. Then stairs. EXECUTION ? AFTER-PURCHASE SUPPORT? This is a new reality. ROSE GOLD? The name of the color astonished jewelers and appraisers because it is very yellow and differs significantly from the photos. The product photos on the website are excellent and it ends there. I show the reality in the pictures in the attachment -> both are a test of 585 rose gold. MISTAKED STONE, I ordered 0.28 I got 0.26 and as an apology I heard that "we were in a hurry, we can return the Lord PLN 200" The box was mistaken, I ordered a powder one, and for a 5k ring I got a tattered, CHEAP packaging, which I was ashamed to pull out by my beloved. Customer service found a solution - I was told they would ship the new box BY TRAIN! "I inform you on the handset that I am not satisfied, I plan to propose in 3 days, so I will not have time to buy a new one, angry inside, I agree to what I have and inform that I expect compensation due to an INCORRECT order, the service's response is" sorry to me, due to unfortunate mistakes, we can accept a refund ”. - WALL. With all due respect to the website, I would like to remind you that you are selling the ENGAGEMENT RING together with EMOTIONS for life, as if I were not a sweater at the market. You are selling the only unique and most important item in the lives of buyers. A time when you can make this unique impression only once!
