Long queues. There is usually one for 4 or 5 clerks inside. "Works" means "issues and receives letters and parcels". Others at that time, for example, organize junk mail that should not be present at the post office: newspapers, toys, candy bars. Now, in a time of limited numbers of people in a building, this leaves customers waiting in line outside. It's good if it's not raining.

Please hire a normal postman. Several times I have already had a situation where the letter / package is waiting for collection and I do not even get a notification. Or he puts in a re-notice and 1 day for collection. Two lost parcels in 6 months and before I lived at a different address it was zero in 5 years.

I'm waiting for the shipment. Nothing arrived. I check online by the parcel number - information that the advice note left yesterday (we were at home), and the parcel in UP52. I check the mailbox, empty - no delivery notice. JOKE.
