I was just at the post office. I stood in the queue for over 30 minutes. The service was dealt with by a regular point user, a very kind and polite gentleman as always. During these 30 minutes another gentleman (like a boss) appeared who asked you from outside the queue during service. The woman was appalled. When it was my turn, this kind of boss said that now this lady so I politely replied that this lady is out of queue. However, I am waiting in line for this gentleman (apparently an employee). Like the boss, he behaved like a typical bump and ruff and boor. Such people should not be allowed to operate. The witnesses of the event themselves were outraged by the behavior of a boss. Cool point. An elderly gentleman always nice. However watch out for the beet boss !!!
I waited an hour after the notification, I do not recommend it
After scanning the waybill one time, the lady said that it is impossible, because her code does not enter ... (instead of trying again, or enter the code manually). A disrespectful approach to the client. I do not recommend!
slow service
I have nothing to complain about. Fast, efficient and competent service. I don't wonder that sometimes there are queues or twice a day they have a break. They are also people. Once, I was served after the closing time.
