High-level service, polite and helpful lady, I recommend it!
The service was very rude, you cannot answer a normal question, but only waves your hand in irritation, drama and embarrassment. I have not seen worse in terms of service of the Polish post office in Małopolska.

3 stars for the lady working there, the rest do not care especially postman. My husband was following him lately because he was heading towards our apartment, after asking if there was something to our address he answered: AWIZO! He didn't even want to check if someone was at home, there is no reason to expect a package, because there is always a scrap of paper. This is a mockery! The postman is responsible for delivering packages and letters, we are disappointed :(
The postman delivers packages after carefulness. If you are lucky, it will bring, and if you don't, you will seek and claim yours. I have a paid subscription to the newspaper, it is their doubtful merit that I will have to resign. And the postman make a case to the police about the theft of parcels and doing for spite Update: so thanks to the actions of the postman I ended the subscription. I'm not good aunt to sponsor a newspaper for nearby thieves.
