WORST POINT POST in Krakow .. employees' eternal breaks, one window is open forever ... Today at 19:40, one lady in the line and a lady in blonde hair stated that she does not serve anyone anymore ... because she finishes work at 8 p.m. as far as I know, we are serving the last customer :) Not enough that a lot of breaks it on other rules as to closure.
The worst possible point. I'm standing 25 minutes outside and the line has shrunk by 2! There is no salvation for this point. If possible, I'd give negative stars!
Only one cash desk is open, Older ladies work as slow as they can, very nice service and atmosphere.
Two windows, one of which is notoriously closed. I do not recommend
