Nice post office and it's good that it is open from 8:00 and not from 9:00 as others in the area. Lotto is also there 😍
Terrible service, lack of any organization and respect for the time of customers. One window is open despite the crowds. They probably have a phone only for decoration because no one ever answers. Letters deliver sometimes with a 2 week delay! I have the impression that the Post Office remained mentally and organizationally during the communist era. Concepts such as ergonomics, efficiency and work efficiency are an abstract for them. Were it not for the monopoly that was maintained by force, they should have gone bankrupt and fallen down with such a lousy quality of service.
Misunderstanding. Waiting for the whole day for the postman receives an SMS that the parcel will be picked up at the facility. The telephone is actually but a decoration.
You have to stand for up to 1.5 hours after receiving the letter. Do not inform you that you can send an authorization from another part of Poland via UP. Appropriate print-authorization must be completed, providing the ID number of the authorized person and of course his name and surname. by e-mail to the post office where the registered parcel is waiting for pickup. The ladies at this post office are very unfriendly, they throw the names of legal acts but do not inform clients that such authorization can be made from any part of the country to collect parcels for an authorized person at this office on os.Kolorowym.
