A very positive facility. Especially one lady who helped me a lot in one case. Let other employees learn customer service from her. I recommend.
I got a text message that the parcel is at the point after reaching the post office, it turned out that the parcel is missing. The lady counts the parcel and does not check the parcel numbers.
As for a post office, the queues are quite good, the service is surprisingly nice.
My favorite post office in Nowa Huta. Rare queues, very polite ladies, large assortment. I highly recommend!
Very nice atmosphere and service air conditioning is one of the few establishments in Krakow with such nice service :-)
