Mrs. Mirosława R. extremely unpleasant and downright rude. Good morning with a face to man. She sits there as if for a punishment and for free, and the client is the enemy who came to hurt her. Zero empathy for the customer.
I ordered a courier to deliver a heavy package and he did not even call him immediately and I had to pick up the package from the post office and take a taxi because the post office is 3 km from my place of residence
The ladies are usually very nice, but usually there are also quite long lines here. In addition, a standard post office.

Today I changed my mind about this institution to positive. This was influenced by the behavior of a nice lady who searched piles of parcels to be returned in search of my missing somewhere in the pandemic process.
