Still a line, some kind of massacre.
The opinion concerns the organization of the PP not the service itself, because the ladies work as they were organized, but during the rush hour the queues almost go outside and is served only by one person, the other always sits in a closed window and processes the papers (she could move to the back room not piss off those standing the window could be filled with an offer, e.g. with buns because I was hungry while standing in a queue) and a third person and sometimes a fourth sitting always without clients at Bank Poczytowy. There is nothing like a state-owned company.
The hours given are not valid
Fatal, unpleasant and customer-care service. Drama, eternal queues in the afternoon to the only open window.
The opening hours are 9-17. And not as in the description on google map or up to 20 hours.
