Unfortunately, the branch has a big problem with delivering unregistered parcels. Out of 5 parcels that were shipped at different times from different sources ... none arrived. Registered parcels began to be delivered (ie advised, because the postman absolutely does not check if anyone is in the apartment - checked many times) only one month after sending the official complaint. What will you do if you do nothing.
Some of the ladies are trying to cheat. Packages instead of PLN 13 are PLN 14, instead of PLN 15 - 16, instead of PLN 18 - PLN 19 because they indicate - despite a clear denial that I do not want - insurance for PLN 1 extra. If you send one packet, maybe one zloty does not make a difference (but it's also easier to notice that something is not in line with the price list), but if you send a lot, it suddenly disappears for 50-70 PLN per month.
It's hard to hit the queue, efficient and nice service.
I have lived in the area for a year and yet ANO postman did not knock on the door but left a note. I work from home so I'm in it almost all the time, I understand that there are a lot of cages for me but if I place a post for the shipment, I expect that I will receive and I do not have to fly every moment on the post office
I do not judge the work of postmen, but when it comes to the Lord in the window, I can only praise it - nice, pleasant and efficient.
