Advice-is information on advice - missing pack-no Wasted 2 hours by walking from post to post, because the postman did not write any information where to pick up the package. Ultimately, the package is gone.

The lack of long lines in this facility is deeply puzzling. But that's a surprise, plus :-) When it comes to the quality of service, I've never had any problems - always nice and cultured, often with a joke and a smile. On the other hand, I witnessed small shortcuts on the client - employee branch line. It seems to me that this was not due to the bad intentions of the lady "in the window" - rather it was the sum of such factors as: work overload, late time, excessive customer claims, inefficiency of the Polish Post system. Sometimes nerves let go and you can't be nice to heartache. Another issue is the fact that the establishment (and its employees) are ricochetically charged for a postman from the area (to which you can have reasonable claims for various "offenses"). And these are two completely separate "entities". To sum up my impressions - I really like this e-mail and I would not exchange it for any other :-)

A very rude and uncultural cultural young lady with long red hair serves customers. The girl probably forgot that she works with people. The second thing who at this time does not have a terminal? (once is, once there is no ..)
