Great variety of shoes

The prices are ok, it's a pity that it's hard to find shoes that you actually need because the size is only 37

Today at the entrance to the store I was greeted with a scream from a saleswoman in short blond hair about the lack of a mask, I explained that I was an asthmatic and in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 16, 2020, Journal of Laws 878, paragraph 17.1 point 3, I have no obligation to cover lips and face. After the discussion with the lady, I went to the cash register to buy the product for shoes, there again I was refused service (Lady in black hair - Anita) and then I wanted to talk to the manager, she was also asked. I explained once again that, because of my health, I couldn't wear a mask, I was treated like a leper, the manager did not react as the woman next to me in the queue started shouting at me that I should adapt. At the end of this embarrassing situation, ladies behind the counter scared me with protection, so I came out as a sign of this professional behavior. This situation shows how in a simplistic way service treats customers and at the same time loses them, I have been a long-time customer of this brand, but I already know that my leg will not stand in these stores more. I am surprised that employees are not sufficiently trained in customer service and they are a bit mistaken that it is probably thanks to them that they exist. I have reported the matter to customer service and I hope that they will draw the consequences.
