Very professional service I high level, ladies and both the gentleman who works there know their work, nice and professional service, always advises you what jewelry to choose. The ladies who work there seemed to be of little interest to the client, they could not advise anything, one in the meantime had a social meeting with someone familiar;). I shared these comments with my husband, he had the same impression being there a few days earlier - the ladies could not help him with the choice of jewelry for me (they should ask what the wife wears - gold or silver, in what style, and on this basis show something, and do not show up and say "please choose something"). When exchanging jewelry I had to pay extra and could not do it with a card. Jewelry exchange took far too much time ... Edit: I'm raising my rating because a nice gentleman has recently served us, who advised me very well and helped me choose the best jewelry :)
