I have had an account in this bank since 2006, but nevertheless such a nasty branch as at ul. I haven't seen Wielicka for a long time. You can't really get anything done here. Ladies do the grace that they work at all. Each time I am scared that the next time the money will not be paid to me. Withdrawal at the checkout takes approx. 15 minutes, because the cashier has to consult with her friends if she can withdraw my money. Often I only get a portion of the money I want to withdraw and I have to return the next day for another tranche. Apparently, no more than PLN 1,000.00 is paid. However, it is enough to go to Kapelanka and suddenly I can withdraw even PLN 20,000.00 right away. I do not recommend using this branch, although, frankly speaking, I am often in a spot myself, because I do not always have time to travel halfway across the city by tram to withdraw money. If I am already served at the branch at ul. Wielicka, I leave there feeling guilty, as if I had robbed a bank and not drawn my own money. Just a scandal that has been going on for many years and there is no strong point for it.

Very unkind ladies do grace to come around. Even now, these opening hours from 11 as I want to settle some matters in the morning, not when there is the greatest traffic and you have to stand for hours then. They do nothing for clients but for themselves not to overwork

Ms. Lidia from the service insisted for a long time that it is impossible to change the passport details. She made me guilty in all her poverty. Finally, after stupid and unnecessary discussions, she entered my data in 2 minutes.

Service failure, the hour of standing in the queue, Ms. uninformed that the transfer is released from the fee, another lady just knows nothing
