Very friendly service and, above all, great knowledge of ladies who are happy to help with any problem :) The fact is that sometimes you have to get your money in the queue, for example, but the facility is small, so you can not blame it. So I recommend :)

I just wanted to warn depositors in this deposit machine that he sometimes "takes money", while providing the information "money has been stopped" (unfortunately in this case they do not appear on the account). Of course, the bank returns them and I admit that I apologize, but it takes a while, and bad luck wished I had it before Christmas and I don't need to add more ... Maybe eventually someone will decide to replace this cash deposit machine because it is a tragedy. I do not recommend paying in there unless they give a new device.

The best institution in Krakow. All employees very nice and above all very competent. They don't give the impression that they are there as a punishment as in other establishments.
