The postman from this institution is a joke. Does not deliver mail, does not leave a notice. Several times the package returned to the sender, although I was waiting for it. Advice was not, as I asked in the facility, I always heard that there is no mail to me. And I check even not registered. Several times I had several items with dates from the range of the week scribbled on one notice form. Mockery and embarrassment. Three-star rating, because some of the ladies at the post office are nice and competent. It is a pity that not all.
