The courier, despite the fact that they were all at home, did not deliver the parcel, but immediately gave it to the post office. He didn't even leave a note. If I hadn't followed the parcel on the Polish Post website, I would not have known that the parcel had already arrived. The same situation has already taken place.
Unfortunately, service is extremely slow and queues are for at least 20-30 minutes of waiting.
I tested several times a day (Monday / Wednesday) - the queue for a minimum of 8-7 people is always there.
Some drama
The ladies who work there work as punishment
I waited 40 minutes just to find out that I could not collect the package yet, even though the advice was already in my mailbox. Ladies move like a starting locomotive and in addition only one window is open ... Żenada.
Never again, I will not use the services of this branch. Support 8 people in 40 minutes.
