I go when I really have to. Usually one window is open (!!!), and the post office should decide whether it is a post office or a cash deposit machine. We are in the 21st century, bills are paid online (a pensioner can also learn, or give his son / grandson to pay), the post office is for sending letters. Paying bills block the window.

Drama all the way. Most post offices are sub-standard to today's standards, but this one is really terrible. Queues, technical breaks, one open window and absolutely unsolvable problems. I do not send absolutely anything via post, unfortunately I have to collect some parcels there and every time I am convinced that any private company would collapse after a month of treating customers in such a way ...

As usual, the office is not adapted to the needs of the residents. There are no customers in the two counters at noon. after 4 p.m. one window and a line to the door.
