I have always liked and liked jewelry there, but when it comes to service it is simply shameful. Not nice service at the entrance or when asked to show jewelry, but at the time of purchase a 180 degree change.

The store has a rich assortment, beautiful jewelry, however, the service leaves much to be desired. If someone is dressed not in the business style, the employees refer to such people very pretentiously, with superiority. They are simply unpleasant. I really like APART products, but I will not shop in this store anymore. I will emphasize that this is not a one-off situation, and I not only paid attention to it.

The saleswoman is shocking with her behavior. From the very moment I entered the salon, I felt uncomfortable (I was "checked" from head to toe) and then she showed the chosen goods with grace.
