THE OPERATION OF THIS STORE IS DRAMATIC !!!!!! Incompetent !!!! They lie !!!! They come up with their theories in the salon, where a day later they call the client saying something else !!!!! Unreliability is their greatest asset !!!!!!!!! The lady "manager" is the worst person out there who shouldn't work in customer service !!!! I have never encountered a greater scam in my life! Will anyone ever handle this STORE? !!! ??
