It used to be a nice service run by bicycle enthusiasts, where people will be treated well, they will do the service decently and will not strip the skin of the customer. Now, unfortunately, it is broken, the revised services are of poor quality, and the bloated and self-righteous owner only scares off the customers. It's hard to look for another service, probably soda water hit the head.

An inconspicuous place but it is only an illusion. I have the bike repaired. In Decathlon they wanted to stay 3 weeks, here they committed to repair in a few days. The next day the bike was ready for pickup - a very positive impression. The repair price is affordable and not too high. Not only that, and they treat the client seriously. recommend

Friendly service, but the final price of the website higher than the one we agreed to (unfortunately, verbally, so I paid). In addition, I had to bring the bike back with the complaint, because the shifters did not work and the bike creaked while riding. On the plus side, that repair is done right away. Waiting time 2 weeks, service price excluding PLN 250.

Very fast shipping but unfortunately the bike was damaged during shipment. He was replaced with a new quick friendly service, plus freebies. I highly recommend 😊.

The Lord says that on Friday it will actually happen that you have to come and rebuke, in the end we get a bike after 3 weeks and it was not once, but 3 because I gave the bike so many times. The service is more profit-oriented, i.e. replace as much as possible of their parts than to repair in the wheel, only the spokes should be replaced, but you said no, I have to replace the whole wheel because for him there is nothing to fix. The more expensive the bike you give back, the sooner they will return it to you, at least I had the feeling when I gave Road Trek once and later Krossa MTB which was much cheaper. With Trek they were able to do a review in a week and with Kros it took 3 weeks to add that I brought Trek in the morning with Kross in the evening. The only plus is that you were nice and it really surprised me he was able to make a good impression. Overall, I do not recommend. I won't say parts either, but they are sold at inflated prices when the customer finds that you are too expensive suddenly you can reduce the price from 120 to 50.
