The trouser strap on the website is written 3 cm and in fact it is almost 3.4 cm .... It does not fit in the trouser strings ... I do not recommend, I shelled 500 PLN for winter shoes that served 2 months and there was a dent in the sole for 3cm, after sending a complaint the manufacturer made me a moron and wrote that I had the wrong size of shoes for my foot. Bottom
Until recently, I valued the shop and the offered goods very much, but until I had to advertise the shoes I bought, two couples: my and my wife. I will not write about the refusal to accept the complaint because shop service has nothing to do with it. But about how to address the client and personal culture already. Namely, I picked up my shoes, but my wife's shoes "nice" saleswoman could not find (my wife received a text message that he could pick them up) and said they did not have them. When asked, when you can pick up, you said she had no idea. As in "Miś": we do not have your coat and what you will do to us. Just eggs. I do not recommend a store or product. In case of complaints, they have you somewhere.
Very nice service. There is a lower price on the shoes and they sell for a higher one. The reason - we will not label all shoes when prices change. My question - why bother! Two ladies serving, zero customers - what to do here - boredom .....
