A super nice gentleman with enormous knowledge of the area and a real enthusiast. It will not only help with shopping, but also tell you about attractions and inspire enthusiasm! In addition, the tram itself in which the shop is located is quite an attraction :) I recommend!

A very friendly service man, a large selection of souvenirs, and of course a selection of tourist publications. The whole thing is in a historic tram.

A historic tram in the middle of the old town as a tourist information center? Interesting idea. We were in Jelenia Góra passing by on Sunday lunchtime looking for a place to eat something. We looked to the Lord out of curiosity, we bought souvenir magnets, but above all we got a handful of information about where to eat, and what to see later.

Undoubtedly a nice idea but I was not able to check what you can buy on the tram. I did not see when and at what time the point is open and whether it is open at all in the winter.
