Shame! Bottom! Mockery! I brought the bike only for refreshment. Cleaning, lubrication and possible courier shipping. The gentleman who at the beginning boasted about 10-20 years of experience rated the bike as a trash market. He was reluctant to verify the order. When he started watching it turned out that everything is even good. As I asked for a quote from the threshold shouted at least 130 plus what comes out. The courier will pack for 80 plus shipping. And he fights, he doesn't want such a job. And yet he asks if I will order something more. However, as he announced his dissatisfaction, he wanted to do something with the bike (new bike). I left blessing such ... companies! I advise against and avoid such .....! Only lie simplicity. They always have something to say. Zero culture only a lot of excuses. I wish this mess that they wouldn't have a customer for this shuffling tongue and maybe the service would change. Certainly, a smart "boss" who at the beginning immediately raises his own competence saying hook 20 years of running business although probably so many years are not. Stop looking for excuses and if someone brings you money, you want to work. Lenie! Read what people write negatively and try to change. Nobody wants miracles from you, only normal work, and if it overwhelms you, you have a shop next to you and sit at the cash register. I bought a bike for myself in this store 3 years ago, it was nice and hassle free. Then I did some minor modifications and it was ok too. This year I bought two bikes for my sons and we are also happy. Whenever I am there, I am well served. Prices can also be negotiated. I recommend this store.

They took the bike for service. We politely asked to document repairs made on the bike in the form of photos. The next day we got a call to "take a bike" - they won't take it if we want a photo. During the reception, the young man claiming to be the boss was very arrogant, shouted at us and told us that we were offending him. Complete disrespect for the client, and at the same time some show of wild complexes. When we asked why we should take the bike, he said sharply, "We won't do it for you." We replied that he would "fall", which was an excuse for a very aggressive yelling at us outside the store and telling us that we had offended him. I do not recommend. I will add that we have been regular customers so far. Last year, we bought a very expensive bike there. As long as the client sits quietly and spends money, it is ok, and if he has any comments or requests, the service gets arrogant and aggressive. Therefore, I have the right to suppose that we would be deceived there during the service, since such resistance is aroused by the documentation of works.
