On Wednesday, I bought my mom's fridge because it broke, and I didn't want to wait for the old one to be repaired. The purchase condition was Friday delivery. Unfortunately, on Friday, after all-day waiting for transport and no employees answering the phone in the store, I went at 5 pm to ask how long it would take. It turned out that the seller did not complete everything in the system and there will be no transport. I note that it is about a refrigerator, not a TV or a washing machine. I was assured that the delivery would be on Saturday from 9am to 11am. Of course it arrived, but Ok 2pm. I thought that in these times the quality of customer service is important to everyone - unfortunately not in this store.

This store is a joke !!!! I wanted to buy a washing machine for my parents, the gentleman who served me in the store persuaded me to buy an additional warranty for 5 years, I refused, I said that it was a washing machine for my parents and they decide about it, the Lord kept persuading, and finally I called my dad and asked if he wanted the guarantee, the Lord interfered in the conversation, he wanted to talk to my dad, when I said that we would not buy the guarantee, the gentleman who was selling did not want to serve me anymore, he did it in a very rude way, he was rude, uncultured and spoke ugly. The washing machine arrived damaged, the courier who performs the services for Mediaexpert literally grabbed the money from his hand and escaped, he left no invoice, no receipt, it took 8 weeks to get the money back, it cost a lot of nerves and time and none of us heard the word sorry.

Another visit to this store and again I find the service FATAL. The lady who served me was dissatisfied that she had to serve customers and I should be grateful to her that she came to the cash register, because as she said "everyone has something now, some training or other matters". It was about other employees. Once again, it turns out that the client is disturbing the employees. Well, I'm so sorry, I won't be bothering anymore.
