I feel ambivalent when I encourage you to use this apartment. Why? Because when you live in this apartment you live in two different apartments at the same time, how do you give it a rating? Because one of the apartments deserves a very strong 4 stars, and the other barely one ... Let's start with the description of a four-star apartment. Modernly furnished, well-located apartment, tasteful and well-equipped. Great price. In the kitchen, everything you need: pots, plates, cutlery, kettle, dishwasher, four-plate induction cooker, oven, fast internet, no TV and radio is the only advantage, taking taking into account the quality of the program. If someone cares, they can listen to their neighbors' TV, their crying child or their dog howling all day long. After leaving the estate, we see how much Jelenia Gora is surrounded by mountains on the horizon. Nearby shopping centers and a marketplace . Strong 4 stars. The other side of the same coin: Going through successive housing estates to the oldest one, we travel in time and reach the Gomułka era. The renovated facades hide the secrets of the blocks in which the so-called studios with windowless kitchens and hardly noticeable, nonsensical balconies for smokers were built. located more or less in the middle of the staircase block.Good advice - instead of shifting luggage from hand to hand, unsuccessfully fumbling with the key in the lock to the door to the staircase and waving the key ring, hoping that it may contain an electronic key to replace it, just sit on the bench in front of and let's wait 5 to 20 minutes until one of the permanent tenants comes and opens the door. Inside is everything (well, almost everything) as described. View from the window to the top? Hmm, it depends. If the target is an older couple like us, then everything is correct. The eyesight does not allow you to see much. it's an imagination yes - so we wander the path under the regle between 4 and 11-story blocks, imagining that the mountains are getting higher and higher, and the shopping is oscypek, sausages and sweaters in sheep's wool. For another target, the description may be misleading. There is a warning on the wall. about a damaged corner - it does not bother us, because we do not intend to use it, so we keep four gwioazdki, but without any advantages. On the bed behind the screen in the kitchen, clean sheets, so everything ok. A closer inspection of the bed shows that it was not vacuumed, better it's on your own, unless we like to sleep in someone else's hair. The floor (I think) is swept, but the mop is dry as pepper. We go to the kitchen area. A depressing impression, to put it mildly, - dirty, unwashed table and countertops, dirty, unwashed pots, cutlery and plates, and yet there is an open dishwasher. There is no microwave, but there is The oven, unfortunately, its contents are knocking down - inside, everything that was not eaten by the previous tenants is dried up. 3 stars! We go into the bathroom and here he rejects us - to get rid of the remains of previous tenants it was enough to press the button of the toilet flush a few times. Two stars! In addition, there is no washing machine anywhere, although it was described in Polish and English! And the laundry room on the estate accepts only linen! A disaster. The shower faucet works normally, as long as we master the art of maneuvering between boiling water and ice, the wash basin is surprising. Open the cold water to the left, and the other way round with boiling water. That's why you have to hold the faucet with both hands, turning the taps, because it is not screwed to the washbasin, but lies loosely on it. No contact with the owner! One star. Average-very poor three stars. We do not recommend the apartment for families. We recommend it for stag parties, with a young lady hired for hours. Suits are rented in neighboring blocks.

The decor of the apartment is nice. The name of the apartment exaggerated in the description is the information from the apartment with a view of the mountains, unfortunately, it is missing. The view is but the parapetnes are peeled. And for cleaning up PLN 150. No hair dryer, no bath towels, small are but rather poor quality. Well, a sofa which actually is but astonishing is the instruction manual of the sofa hanging in the kitchen: the corner is slightly damaged folded under a high load. To prevent this, after unfolding you have to put up a small bench that is in the apartment. A massacre. Do not mention payment in advance and 90 zlotys on resignation. I am disappointed with this venue.

Nice apartment, warmly decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with a paddling pool and a washing machine. In the hall - a wardrobe with hangers and shelves, and in the living room a chest of drawers with lots of drawers for organizing the wardrobe. The only minus - for those traveling with children - is the fact that the kitchen top is high, and to him only two bar chairs. We were three of us and a bit lacked space to sit at a shared breakfast / dinner. This disadvantage is offset by the convenient location and openness of the hosts (very good telephone contact).
