Poorly qualified service, lack of advisers on particular departments, and if you ask any product about it, just to get rid of the customer as soon as possible. Often only one cash register is open, when even the queue is very long, because the cashier does not know what the item is called or is missing in the system. Lack of informing the client at the checkout about current promotions or even the usual response to greeting "good morning". Often mixed up products on shelves about hydraulic things, not to mention ... The only advantage is that it is open longer than local stores and a large assortment in one store building.
