I recommend Sonarol windows, at the same time I would like to point out that most of the problems described here result from mistakes made during installation. Only correct mechanical assembly with appropriate support and proper three-layer sealing guarantee the reliability of PVC windows, regardless of whether they are economical or "high-end" ones.

It turns out that the construction of window frames already has large errors in the factory and it does not matter to them. Structures distorted, essentially unstable, unstable. Highly responsive to temperature fluctuations. As a result, the windows need to be adjusted very often. The window locking mechanisms simply break as soon as they are put into operation. The colored film peels off. The double-glazed units are defective (the glazing of the double-glazed units is curved, the glass is curved, probably due to the thermal stresses of the technological processes. It looks like curved mirrors in a museum). Installation work without any technology. Just an absolute mounting defect. It is almost impossible to call. Do not call back to email does not write emails. Only promises to address the solution and no concrete action. Supposedly, this must be done by the reseller UAB "STATRONAS". Eventually completely ignored. Neither the quality assessment of the independent construction expert nor the decisions made by SCRPA mean anything to the Sonarol representative. They don’t even admit their defect. The SONAROL representative promised to come himself, but never came. Brok does not recognize and is not even going to address the situation. The money paid for poor quality products is not refunded because they allegedly do not know how to do it accounting. The official distributor of SONAROL products, UAB "STATRONAS", headed by pseudo-director GIEDRIAUS DAUKINČIS, sold the windows - instead of solving the problem, added even more losses, took threats, did not pay damages, sued the company and opened another company UAB "MEL" continues its activities without responsibility successfully. There are many victims of SONAROL and their representatives in STATRON. Lithuanian law allows them to do so without responsibility. I leave it up to you to decide whether you want such branded products or not.

I do not recommend . I bought pasivtherm windows and I am not happy with them, after some time I noticed that the windows are crooked, which means that the profile is poor quality balcony windows, height about 230 cm, deformation about 4-7 mm. After replacing the windows with new ones by the company and after some time, the same service technician claims that everything is ok are tight and that they are crooked it does not matter and that they can report them for replacement but it will not do anything because they will continue to be crooked. I even got a letter from the manufacturer that deformations can be up to 1/300 it is about balcony windows. If someone has problems with windows and a problem with a complaint, I advise you to go to the consumer ombudsman, especially if it has not been two years since you bought the windows. Such a spokesman or advocate advise you on what to do in such a situation, damage your nerves and call with a complaint, I think it will help more like tel and selling the client. Also, if you plan to buy windows from the manufacturer, please think 20 times, I don't think that all Sonarol windows are of poor quality, maybe only mine is crooked and hard to close. In my case, I can praise the service technician for a good sense of humor and comforting the customer with the words "There is nothing to worry about working for about 10 years, I have not seen simple windows yet, you will move in and you will stop paying attention to the fact that there are curves, I will tell you that these windows will outlive us "Also on the example of my Pasivtherm windows I do not recommend them and I do not claim that they are all of poor quality.
