We were on the green velo trail and the spokes in the rear wheel broke. In the ABC bicycle store on the market we do not get help despite the information that we are on a long journey along the trail. We do not recommend such stores. If we want to or not, we leave with a pass like petitioners in the PRL. We do not use the option to buy the necessary tools to replace the spokes ourselves, because the service abnormality effectively discourages us. However, in the rated shop at 11 New Town, you easily replaced the spokes. It's only 15 minutes of work, but as you can see it was too much for the previous store. It is true that the wheel was not perfectly centered, but you could safely go further on the wheel loaded with panniers.

In a large bicycle store I was looking for a rudder mount. I had old bearings, seals and seats with me. The young salesman searched, turned over several boxes, took them out, inspected. There are no such and advised me to jump to this address. I'm coming over, I'm talking about what's going on. I showed the old set, and the Lord cut and immediately gave the right box. Experience has a lot. There is bicycle repair in the store. I would recommend.
