Dom Bystry

Our 2-week stay at Dom Bystry in Augustów has just ended. We highly recommend this place, the house is spacious, clean, well-equipped with a large garden. Nice and comfortable two lounges, 3 bathrooms, we felt very comfortable there. We were 2 families and everyone found their own space. The owner, Mrs. Ewa, very helpful, offering advice. The location itself is also ideal, close to the Bystry Canal, close to the center, many bicycle paths. We highly recommend it 😊

Easy access, spacious house with a large plot, hammock between the trees ideal for relaxing on hot days. What is convincing for renting a house is the kind owner. From the very beginning of our talks, she was of help. Hassle-free contact by phone and e-mail. Check-in and check-out times are flexible. Rooms and bathrooms clean. I heartily recommend 😊

I made a reservation half a year earlier via the booking.com platform in order to spend the night my family and organize a barbecue after my civil wedding, which I informed the owner about at the very beginning. About 2 months earlier, I had confirmed the estimated number of guests during the barbecue (max 18 people, including 4 children), ensuring that a maximum of 8 people would stay overnight. The trouble started on the day we lost our ability to recover the full booking amount, 29 days before. I suspect that it was not a random date, perhaps the landlord was counting on our resignation due to the inability to implement our plans for the facility and obtaining 30% of the booking amount without the presence of guests. After arriving at the place, we found the owner cleaning up. She greeted us without a mask talking about the rush in which she had to clean up. She didn't leave a disinfectant, and we weren't sure if the surfaces were disinfected, so we did it ourselves. In addition, we were informed about the climate tax only on the spot, the owner said about PLN 5 per person, but it is PLN 4.20 per adult and PLN 1 per child. After the transfer of this money, we did not receive a confirmation of the payment, so we are not sure if it was received by the City Hall. We recommend the facility as much as possible, but not cooperation with Ewa. If we had known from the beginning that we would not be able to organize a family barbecue after the wedding in this place, we would have rented something cheaper.

A perfect place for families or a trip with friends. Clean house, spacious kitchen, bathroom on each floor. Washing machine, dryers, dishes, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, iron all available. I recommend Ms Ewa who will give you great tips and advice.
