In the pharmacy I used to do shopping very often, however, due to unfriendly service, I now avoid it from a distance. A pharmacy technician works in this pharmacy. Recently after the purchase, the silent lady handed me the purchased items without even asking if I needed a purse or to pack them. In addition, this lady is not known for polite phrases like thank you or please. This lady also has very little knowledge about the sale of medicines or promotions. Already in the past, advice appeared to be of little substance and you did not even make an effort to answer doubts or questions. I made a small purchase there recently because I thought something had changed but everything is in old times. I hope that someone competent from this institution will read my comment and train this lady in customer service. It is not the customer who is a pharmacy, but the pharmacy for a customer. This type of facility should provide advice and assistance to clients and guarantee a friendly and reliable service. Here, however, these standards are foreign. Not all employees working here are so unfriendly, however, this particular lady spoils the image and my personal impression of this pharmacy. Fortunately, there are many other pharmacies in Augustów where I can look forward to much nicer and more professional service.

Yesterday I wanted to change the money, but you probably stopped in the h communist years, claiming that the banknote was counterfeit. Of course, with the banknote I went to the bank, the cashier accepted and it was ok. Dear Lord - wake up from this dream! :)
