I warn you about this place. We bought more than 2, true ... 3 pieces, 2 fired after 1 and 1.5 months and the third is taken off, because it's scary to ride on it !! The intention to apologize for the problems on their part are still discussing. Dear Sirs, in accordance with the legal basis - art. 5615 of the Civil Code. If the request submitted by the consumer with the complaint concerns:
- repair of goods, replacement of goods with new ones,
lowering the price of the goods,
it is the entrepreneur's responsibility to consider the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. In the event of failure to meet this deadline, it is considered that the complaint is justified. After that, the seller cannot refuse to meet the consumer's request, even if the defect was caused by his fault and, for example, flooded the device with water.
HERE WE HAVE 80 days, not 14 !!!!! I am asking for an immediate refund!

Be warned against this place !!!! I bought two new tires for the trailer, one of them fired after a month, the other after two. The time for the complaint to consider the complaint is 30 days, despite phone calls, questions, 2 months passed and silence. A pile of frozen money, the obvious fault of a faulty batch. They call before buying, they don't care after the payment. I suggest buying in certain places, I absolutely advise against it because of disregarding the customer. They hide behind the importer, no response from them. I do not recommend. In their case, the complaint is fiction !!! The case was reported to the Consumer Ombudsman.
We have been cooperating for a long time, everything at the highest level. Very good quality tires at fair prices. Fast courier delivery. I recommend.
