I heartily recommend it.
After many attempts to contact and despite the assurances of you that "is in the process of writing back and I will get a 100% response today" - I was once again ignored. After two weeks of waiting and trying to contact (2x mail, 2x phone) - I gave up. Unprofessional approach to the customer.
