One the best and rare restaurants on that part. It's fancy but it has the traditional polish spirit. Went there on the way to Sokolka and the mosque by train. Not so far is the Belorussian border. (photos: 17 mar, 2017).

If you want a nice traditional Polish pub then this is a good start. I normally go here after swimming and enjoying the sauna at the local pool next door. Wheat beer or mulled wine/beer are good options in winter while it's - 12 outside. I haven't tried the food but locally it's got a good reputation. Chilled and warming with an outdoor area for summer time.
