Delicious fish. Perfectly salted and smoked. The guy knows his job. The ones made of oil are also brilliant, slightly sour, delicately smoked, all natural ingredients. I haven't eaten such sublime flavor for a long time. It is a pity that these marinated fish are not cheaper, but in my opinion they are rather delicatessen, so the price is adequate. As long as the host does not chase me, it will be my permanent point on the map

Wędzarnia Warmińska is a place where passion & knowledge met and created the perfect relationship. We have never eaten such a good smoked catfish. It is worth telling in advance what fish are in place (there are also eels, zander trout). Very polite and smiling Owner Mr. Jarosław. On site very clean, the air smells of fresh smoked fish. In Kaborn you could use a signpost on how to hit. Prices adequate to quality (up to PLN 100 for 4 perfect fish). recommend
