In the past, this store really offered a wide range. A few years ago, however, the owner adapted half of the building into his apartment, which reduced the amount of available goods. He also introduced other changes, unfavorable from the customer's point of view, e.g. PLN 0.10 extra for beer from the fridge or a 10% commission when topping up the phone. These transformations coincided with the opening of the Biedronka store in Frombork, which may partly explain the situation. Large discount stores always reduce the turnover of nearby local stores,
