Unreservedly. Small station, staff polite
Ooo Lord, on Saturday morning there is a crowd that there is nowhere to put a car and legs to put a queue for coffee and hotdogs
I give five stars - because, as it turned out, there are people at this station who not only show professionalism, but also will not hesitate to help the traveler in poverty. Last month, station employees gave me help - when an alternator fell on my car while on vacation in Masuria - despite the traffic at the station, they borrowed electricity from a private car and recharged my battery so that I could reach Węgorzewo despite the fault. CPN well stocked and good service ..
Minus for customer service on 27/02/2020. Only to monitoring I owe the recovery from the lady who was at the cash register the rest for the purchase. The second thing.
I do regular shopping at Orlen stations and on each first question is "invoice or receipt" Today this custom is missing.
This is not the first time I shop at this station and there has always been very friendly service.
Today, even if you are a bit distracted at the cash register, you should not announce to everyone that we will check with your boss on monitoring whether I haven't actually paid you the rest!
