Goods ordered on Saturday with delivery within 1-3 business days. After my telephone intervention, he receives information that the goods today (we have Wednesday, so the goods should be at my office by the latest!), He will come out to me when he wants to cancel the order, he will receive information that he will be sent today and I cannot do it (although he has not yet received it courier). The lady with whom I spoke by phone is not at all in the subject and does not want to direct the case to anyone competent. She didn't make me say, "I can't let you speak because I have a client, the Lord has my right and I have my right" and then hung up. I have not encountered such an approach to the client for a long time. Tragedy and I do not recommend.
